In my opinion, learning by doing is immensely underrated.
How can you learn by doing? One surprising way is simply observing other people-even admirable famous figures, current or historical. Also parents, teachers, relatives, and on and on. Then what? EMULATE their good qualities, traits, interests, and the aspects of others that build on your own strengths.
Another way is showing up for work on time-even early which may help you on the upside in your career. Of course, taking responsibility in your job-and maybe a little extra too-can create wonderful results for your future even if it’s not in your present situation.
There are two All-Important skills for everyone- KNOWLEDGE skills and PEOPLE skills. Both are keys to success in life. Having or developing one or the other will serve you well. Having BOTH can lead you to sterling SUCCESS!
