5 STAR REVIEW : Wisdom for Heaven on Earth Breaks Ground
Reviewed in the United States on June 4, 2020
"Very rarely does a prescriptive book transcend the genre as effortlessly as John Wade's Wisdom for Heaven on Earth. Beautiful, deceptively simple writing provides the reader with the author's exceptional insight into the conflict inherent in the human condition--who we are, who we want to become--and moreover, Wade's clearly-expressed and deeply-held faith, gained from personal experience and informed by years-long, in-depth study of the great moral philosophers and religious teachings of our time, offers much-needed comfort to those troubled with self-doubt and fears of rejection. Wade's foundational premise, that all of humanity can achieve enlightenment through conscious engagement with all that is good in the world, is daring, aspirational, and hope-filled, and his cogent, rationally-structured arguments for how to proceed toward moral clarity and purpose from that premise offer the reader more practical, wise advice than any "self-help" book in recent memory." – Amy Conner
5 STAR REVIEW : I Love Reading These Kind of Stories
Reviewed in the United States on March 29, 2020
At a time when the world is in chaos, I love reading books like "Wisdom for Heaven on Earth," and realizing how much good there is still in humanity. We are all on our own life journey, having our own personal experiences, and connecting to a higher source if we seek it.
John Wade II has done a beautiful job sharing his personal thoughts and feelings. I admit, I hadn't read his other works, and didn't find it necessary to dig into this one. I loved how he began the book with a succinct idea of what he believes to be heaven on earth.
"I believe that we will achieve Heaven on Earth when all of humankind is united in our goals and all feel the same love for Almighty God and each other. It will involve an evolution from the present age, which I call the Innovation Age, to the next one, which I’ll call the Spiritual Age. "
I found myself relating to what Wade is sharing. We need to have strong values, we need to seek wisdom and be doing good in the world for others. I believe that if we are kind and thoughtful, we can truly create a heaven on earth. I do believe this is a book I will continue to reflect on and work to implement into my conscious behavior, and to teach to my children. – Florence Chavez
4 STAR REVIEW – Great read for the times!

This was a fantastic read! I loved reading this book right now during these uncertain times. I felt very uplifted and am actually seeing some of the ideas mentioned being placed into practice by a world being brought together. There is definitely a lot of personal opinions but the author does a great job of letting them just be opinions and not forcing personal beliefs into another. A chapter that absolutely resonated with the current times and with my soul was chapter 3, “The Centrality of Wisdom.” It discusses how difficult our everyday challenges and challenges that are out of our control can make us feel further and further away from a reality of Heaven on Earth. There are many amazing practices and principles mentioned in this reading that bring a sense of hope and light to the reader. The author is concise with his wording and the chapters seem to fly by. If you are looking for a great uplifting spiritual book, I’d highly recommend this book for you!

4 STAR REVIEW – Uplifting and positive

Our world is super unpredictable, and honestly a bit scary right now. I was happy to read Wisdom for Heaven on Earth. What a welcome interruption to my day! There some wonderful thoughts and ideas within these pages, and they were just the ticket to uplift and distract my worried mind. Wade lets us know when he is telling his own personal opinions, which honestly was most of the book. But, again, he does not come from a place of fact. Fell with your heart and imagine with your mind. The idea of heaven on earth is a wonderful one, and I was intrigued by the ideas that the author shared regarding chaos creating a further distance from reaching that highlight. This was a wonderfully uplifting and positive book, and a welcome distraction from quarantine!
