“The Wall Street Journal” hits the nail on the head in its opinion article, “Inflation Haunts the Biden Economy.” (dated February 11, 2022).
Congress passed a $900 billion bill in December 2020 and (in my opinion) we were then headed for a V-shaped recovery from the Xi Virus pandemic. But then the Democrats followed with their $1.9 trillion bill in March, 2021.
And NOW inflation is at 7.5%, “the most in 40 years.” And the Democrats had wanted much more spending with their $1 trillion+ “floundering Build Back Better Act.” In my words, that Biden bill would have really torpedoed the American people, especially all who spend most of their money on the basics such as food.
The foolish Marxist Democrats, reckless Democrats, and the incompetent, idiot without a heart Biden (my words) erred in a way that “the American worker will now pay the price.”
