I think the present IRS scandal by President Obama’s Administration is far more flagrant than that of President Nixon‘s failings. After all, President Nixon won his reelection by a large margin, so, his transgressions did not decide his presidential re-election. On the other hand, I understand President Obama won re-election by about 330,000 votes in key swing states. Thus, his harassment of the Tea Party opponents could very well have changed the outcome of his re-election. I hope Peggy Noonan at The Wall Street Journal on the op ed page will continue to pursue this poison in our democracy. An independent counsel is desperately needed.Let’s roll–championing our democracy on the path to Heaven on Earth!
